The building works on simple principles: horizontally are placed all public and semi-public activities connected with the atrium which also contains the communication clusters while the vertically is contained the whole business-office program.The horizontal volume (the base) on which is set the vertical volume, houses several halls and other spaces for temporary activities. These are spaces designed for public use so that they can be functional and practical and flexible to be re-arranged. On the other hand, the spaces on the tower are strictly business offices, which are multifunctional so that they can be configured to meet different needs.
The basic compositional scheme consists of a basic volume (L shaped building which is the primary visual setting of the project. Specific visual addition is a perforated-metal skin that runs along the west façade and east façade covering the whole building following its “L” shape. This skin works as a protection and at the same time as modern decoration. The north and south facades, that is, the side that contours the building, are simple “ L” shaped glass surfaces that supports a transparent membrane where changeable messages, images, slogans, light and shadow effects are displayed.
